Our Service

Our aim is to make your stay in Amazonia as comfortable and hassle-free as possible, starting with picking you up from the airport. Obviously we'd prefer you to arrive at a civilised hour, but if your flight does get in at 03:15, don't worry - we'll be there!

While you're with us, we will provide you with the best service in Manaus. You'll be tired or excited when you get here (possibly both), so we'll make it easy for you to relax from the minute you arrive at the house. You'll be staying with us as part of the family, so you can expect to be welcomed accordingly. We'll get you organised with the minimum of fuss and we'll give you a free drink to calm you down or hype you up, depending on your mood!

Whatever you want to do, we can provide friendly advice and we can help get you around, help with onward travel, take you out for a trip on the river in our purpose-built 6m boat The Shamrock, wash your smalls, or take you to the nearest restaurant. We can lend you a bicycle, give you a map, phone for a taxi, arrange a jungle trip...whatever - just ask! And if any of this is chargeable, we won't take the mickey: our prices are as inclusive as possible, and we'll let you know in advance of anything else, and then it's your decision and you're in control.
